Baby Room. ( 3 months to 18 months )

Broad Oak has a key person system helping us to build positive relationships, not only with the child but with parents and carers whose knowledge and input is paramount to their child’s learning and development.

Each room is divided into age groups; the youngest group is from 3 months up until 19-24 months. This is a bright and colourful room with lots of sensory activities where children from a very young age can begin to play and explore.

 

 

We provide a separate sleep room, changing facilities and a kitchen, enabling staff to stay close to babies at all times. This room has a dedicated outdoor play area just for the babies. We care for 6 children each day in this room and follow home routines as much as possible to help the transition process.
